●GENERAL

↪ALL commissions and artworks are STRICTLY NOT for NFTs

↪All confirmed commissions are first come first serve

↪Please be nice and write in a clear and neat manner

↪Please provide neat and organized reference pictures and/or simple yet specific descriptions, and make sure to review these as well to prevent sudden changes

↪If you fail to follow my rules and terms, i have the right to cancel the commission

↪I provide free revisions!

↪Please do not ask me to mimic someone's artstyle!! i will only draw your commission in MY artstyle

●PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

↪Payment method: Paypal, Gcash

↪Currencies accepted: USD and PHP

↪All commissions must be fully paid upfront

↪I have the right to cancel the commission at any given time

↪All commissions are strictly not refundable once a sketch is done/if you are happy with the outcome

↪You have no right to demand for a refund once the commission is fully paid

↪If the money has not been sent after 1 week max, the commission will automatically be cancelled

●PROCESS

↪Please check my Trello page to see the commission progress, or you may ask me directly on any of my linked socials

↪Turn around time will only apply once you have paid for the sketch of the commission

↪Reminder that the timeframe of the commission process will also change or depend due to these factors:

↪Client WILL be updated as soon as possible once events above occurs

↪Please pay for a rush fee if you have informed me to rush a commission

●COPYRIGHT/USAGE

↪I hold every right to the produced artwork

↪Client MUST give proper credit to me

↪Client will be informed/ asked for permission once I use the said commissioned artwork

↪I am allowed to use the commissioned artwork for:

↪Client/commissioner is allowed to use the artwork for:

↪Client/commissioner is NOT allowed to use the artwork for:

●OCCURANCES THAT WILL RESULT IN A BLACKLIST

↪Tracing, stealing, copying, recoloring, claiming my artwork as yours

↪Any ill intent or behavior will not be tolerated, and will result in a blacklist if it occurs

↪Pestering me about the commission despite updating/providing revisions countless of times

↪Rushing the commission without paying a rush fee

↪Ghosting me for a week max without any specific reason or heads up

↪Insisting or forcing me to draw you an artwork for free

↪Forcing me to draw something I am uncomfortable with
